Tierney Brosius

Tierney Brosius is a doctoral candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research focuses on the natural history of the Salt Creek tiger beetle. Outside of her research she has sought innovative ways of combining science and art to reach the public. Currently Tierney is serving as the curator for the exhibit “Salt Creek Environment: Local and Endangered” at the Haydon Art Gallery. Additionally, she has been funded by the National Science Foundation to serve as a resident scientist in Lincoln Public Schools for the last two years.
