Rosie Stockton is a native of Oklahoma currently residing in Arapahoe, Neb. She works in the area of economic development in south-central Nebraska where she is involved with the Heritage Byway Association, the South Platte United Chambers of Commerce and the Nebraska Economic Developers Association. As part of her work, she writes a weekly newspaper column for her local newspapers; in her spare time, she enjoys photography, jewelry making and finding out what is over that next hill.
