Robert “Bob” Peterson has spent essentially his entire working life in some aspect of the housing industry. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) with a B.Sc. in civil engineering, he joined the family construction business, Peterson Construction Co. In 1989 he graduated from UNL’s College of Law and became a member of the Nebraska Bar. Before graduating, he accepted a position as housing development director/chief underwriter at the Omaha Housing and Urban Development Department office.
