Paul Gottlieb and Kay Pearse

Paul Gottlieb is a scientist and engineer who grew up in Canberra and came to Brisbane with his wife, Dr. Kay Pearse, and their two sons almost 20 years ago. Pearse is a management consultant who grew up in Western Queensland and went to university in Brisbane. They were very aware of the extent of the 1974 Brisbane floods through Kay’s family who lived in Brisbane at the time.
