Dr. Patrick McGinnis is emeritus professor of history at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmund and will portray FDR during the “Bright Dreams, Hard Times: America in the Thirties” Chautauqua in Broken Bow, Neb., June 17–21 and Plattsmouth, Neb., June 25–28, 2009.
