Mohamed El Ghannam

Mohamed El Ghannam is an Egyptian judge who has been in Iraq since June 2006 on a United Nations mission to help the Iraqi government implement its constitution. He recently spent time in Nebraska as a visiting scholar at Doane College in Crete, Neb.
