Miles Bryant

Miles Bryant is a professor in educational administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has served the campus as the president of the Faculty Senate, as the chair of the Academic Rights and Responsibilities Committee, and most recently as the chair of a faculty committee appointed to investigate the cancelation of the visit to campus of Professor William Ayers. He agreed to write this article for Prairie Fire because he believes that the University of Nebraska is a treasured state resource and must continually be charged by the people of the state to pursue knowledge wherever it lies.
