George Neubert

George W. Neubert is director of the Flatwater Art Foundation, which is currently establishing the Flatwater Folk Art Museum in the historic frontier river town of Brownville, Neb. He is a practicing sculptor with art studios in Brownville and in San Antonio and also serves as a consultant in fine arts. Neubert has previously served as director of the San Antonio Museum of Art, director of the Sheldon Art Museum at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and deputy director of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
