Douglas Bereuter

Douglas K. Bereuter, a Nebraska native, served in the Nebraska state legislature. He later served more than 20 years in the U.S. Congress, representing the First Congressional District of Nebraska. Upon his retirement from the U.S. House of Representatives, he became president of The Asia Foundation.
