A former member of one of the elite Navy SEAL teams, Bob Kerrey is a highly decorated Vietnam veteran who earned the Medal of Honor. Kerrey was governor of Nebraska from 1983 to 1987 and a Nebraska U.S. senator from 1989 to 2001. He served as president of The New School in New York City from 2001 to 2010, and has served on several congressionally chartered commissions. Currently he is chairman of M&F Worldwide Education Holdings, responsible for the company’s education businesses and leader of strategic initiatives and evaluation of future investments in the education sector.
