Bill Lock

Bill Lock was born and raised near Marquette, Neb., where his family farmed and a brother continues to farm. After graduation from the University of Nebraska, he went to work for the Nebraska Legislature as a policy analyst. He works there today after brief interludes at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and graduate school at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He is married to Tammy Ward and continues to bird-watch on the backroads of Polk and Hamilton County as he did with Norris Alfred.
