Amber Mohr has been the museum administrator/curator of the Great Plains Art Museum since September 2007. She was born in Omaha and received her B.A. in art from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, and her M.A. in museums studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She resides in Lincoln with her husband Jeremy and two-year old son, Ernie.
