Dean Tom Gouttierre

Tom Gouttierre, Dean of International Studies at UN of Omaha and UN Medical Center, and Director of the Center for Afghanistan Studies, will discuss how the changing social, political, religious, and military forces shaped education and educators in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
